Smoothies have been promoted as the ‘healthy’ option but for a lot of our clients, if they are not built the right way, they can cause massive spikes in hunger and cravings and cause them to eat more food.

When smoothies are meant to be meal replacements and fat loss aids, this isn’t super ideal.
