I created this little video to demonstrate the hierarchy of training and how much you would need as a reasonable approach to health and fitness.
Please keep in mind, this is a sliding scale.
With our clients, we wave up and down the pyramid based on the life stressors they are juggling right now.
If they are super stressed, we stick with level 1-3
If they are flying and have near-zero stress, we might push up to 4 and 5 if we need to.
The best way to look at this is to match your goal to the level on the pyramid and then once you are getting ‘enough’ movement.
It’s all food and re-energising after that.
